Festive Fresh Blueberry and Cranberry Relish

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2010
Excellent, but 2 small changes: I also found it to be too runny and added a tblspoon of corn starch at the end, and it was still runny. Maybe cutting back the orange juice would help? Also, most of my family thought there was too much vanilla. I'd reduce to a third or so, then add until you are satisfied. This is a re-user, for sure - we loved it!

Green Beans with Cherry Tomatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2012
Great recipe. I did 4 instead of 5 stars because I don't think adding sugar to veggies is necessarily a great idea, but without the sugar it's a 5 star side dish, even for my green-bean-phobic husband!

Krista's Sticky Honey Garlic Wings

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2013
Loved this recipe, but I'm surprised some people are saying it's "not too sweet." I'm assuming they are comparing it to sucking down pixie sticks, because this is the sweetest chicken recipe I've ever made by far. I did cut back on the water when mixing the corn starch. I had a few chicken thighs left over and threw some sauce on them as well, and it was great. Not as crisp as they could be, so I might throw them under the broiler next time.

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2014
What a treat to find a lamb recipe that doesn't rely on mint! We loved this and I prepared it exactly as-is. I served it with what i had around - steamed broccoli and roasted acorn squash, but I would love to have it over a bed of greens. I did scrape the herbs off before serving, because I find that eating dried rosemary is like grazing on crabgrass. The flavor left behind by the spices was divine.
