Janet's Rich Banana Bread
Ok after reading other recipes and reviews I am shocked to discover that other people actually prefer dense banana bread. I always thought I was doing it wrong when it came out like a brick. If that is what you are looking for, keep searching because this was the lightest, fluffiest banana bread I've ever had and I could have eaten the entire loaf the first night. It actually rose to the top of the loaf pan! I can't wait to try this recipe as muffins next. I opted not to use the nuts, this bread melts in your mouth without them. Otherwise I made it exactly as stated. Tip: unpeel your overripened banana and freeze it until you have enough of them to make bread. I'm never afraid to buy too many bananas after discovering they can be frozen.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken
I have made this recipe multiple times with multiple little variations, and it is always delicious. It's my family's most requested dinner. Always pound out the chicken. Don't try to substitute panko for bread crumbs. Pre-seasoned italian bread crumbs are a passable substitute if you don't have the spices. Thank you so much for this recipe, I'll be eating it for years to come!

French Silk Chocolate Pie
Made this for my boyfriend and he said it was the second best he's ever had (the first being his 80 yo grandmother's, I can't compete with that:) It's gotten rave reviews from everyone else who's tried it too. I use the big Keebler pre-made graham cracker crust and it's just the right amount of filling. Also I think it tastes better with cool whip that Reddi-whip on top. Make sure you use a HUGE mixing bowl and butter instead of margarine. Otherwise, the recipe is pretty much foolproof, and a major crowd pleaser.
