Awesome Pasta Salad
Since I am not a fan of the traditional Italian dressing, I have made this with Ranch, Greek, Peppercorn Parm and even Creamy Italian dressing. I have also used a Canola/Olive oil blend in place of bottled dressing, Kalamata olives instead of canned black olives and Pepperoncini over pimento. Chopped red onion is an absolute must. This recipe is a good base that can be modified to suit everyones needs & likes. It's a staple for summer gatherings.

Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread Men
Made these for Christmas last year and they were very good after doubling the spices. Just made a new batch for Christmas 2014 and ended up throwing the entire batch out. Made these exactly the same using all the same measurements I used last year and they rolled out perfectly, they held their shape while baking, decorated with melted white chocolate and thank God I taste tested these before putting them out...very very pasty. I have no idea why they failed this year and were such a success last Christmas.

Strawberry Trifle
Made this at the Hubby's request for his Birthday yesterday and he loved it. Everyone agreed it was absolutely wonderful. Only change I made was in using butter pound cake in place of angel food, IMO it doesn't end up soggy if there happens to be left-overs. Drizzled some hot fudge on top with a dusting of crushed nuts to finish it off and voilĂ  ~ perfect. Thanks Prissycat for this easy yummy sweet treat.
