Greek Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2014
I thought it wasn't too bad but my husband and teenage daughter were unimpressed. I followed the recipe exactly; it was just missing something, kind of bland. Probably won't make again.

Creamy Avocado-Ranch Dip

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2012
Very good, but I like it better as a salad dressing....thinned out a little bit, of course.

Fantastic. It was gone by the next day!

Tortellini Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2012
Wow, this was so good and so different from the usual pasta salad. I took this to a family reunion and it was all gone in no time at all....everyone compared it to Italian antipasto platters. Wouldn't change a single thing, and I would definitely make it again.

Anna's Amazing Easy Pleasy Meatballs over Buttered Noodles

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2012
Really good....everyone loves this. Using Italian-style meatballs is a big plus. I add mushrooms (because we all love mushrooms in our house) and this was a big hit.

So fast and easy....I added some minced garlic to the onions in the skillet and a bit more black pepper. Everyone loves this!

Glenn's Blowing Rock Salmon

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2011
Not bad. I thought the Gouda would be the best part of this, but the dill sauce was what made the dish.

Cheesy Chili Mac

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2011
Made this last week and my husband loved it! I added a bit more macaroni than the recipe called for because I needed more servings. It was so good!

Seven Layer Dip II

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2011
So good. I make this just about every time I have to bring a dish to work or to a family gathering. Sometimes I cheat and do a can of Rotel tomatoes if I don't have time to slice tomatoes, and it's still fantastic. This dish is so easy and it disappears fast!

Kielbasa with Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2011
I really like kielbasa, and I wanted to love the end result, but it just didn't click for me. Next time I might use a bottled arribiata sauce instead of the butter and parmesan to give it a little something extra.

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2011
This was superb. I took several shortcuts, like using dried herbs and two cans (14.5 oz each) of diced tomatoes, and it was still outstanding. It tastes just as good the next day. I will definitely make this again.

Italian Style Meatloaf I

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2011
This was so, so good, and I added a can of drained mushrooms too. To make it even better, I use Italian-style bread crumbs and marinara sauce in place of the ketchup. Not only was it good the first day, it made great sandwiches for work the next day!

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2010
Incredible, just incredible. I get so many compliments on this from dinner guests, and it is so very easy to make. Also, baking the asparagus as opposed to steaming it ensures that it is crispy, not soggy.
