Excellent and so easy! I followed the recipe as written except for substituting safflower oil for sesame, because I did not have sesame oil. As one reviewer suggested, a little squirt of lime juice added a nice tang. My husband 'Mmmmm'ed the whole time he ate his peanut pad Thai. I cooked some rice noodles and mixed them with this sauce, green onion, water chestnuts, carrot slices made with the vegetable peeler, and fried tofu. Thank you Jeramyn! This one will be made again!
