Alicia's Aloo Gobi
easy to make and simply delicious. My husband and I couldn't stop talking about how great this tastes. We love Indian food, and this has all the lovely flavors and textures of our favorite Indian restaurant. We love spicy and it's quite spicy. I didn't have cardamom so I didn't add it and only added half of garam masala. a little goes a long way.

Marrakesh Vegetable Curry
followed the recipe as directed, but doubled the spices except salt and cinnamon. I agree with another reviewer that it is just a pot of flavored vegetables. "Flavored" used loosely. Nothing special about this dish. I didn't enjoy eating this nor did my husband who will eat anything and say it's good.

Easy Masoor Daal
I've never had this dish professionally prepared, so my high rating my be impacted by that. I thought this was pretty tasty. Make sure your spices are fresh. I did doubled the amount of turmeric, and I used fresh onion and sautéed them in butter till tender. I also added 1/4 tsp of ground cumin to the onions along with the cumin seed. It does seem like it's missing a little something - I'll have to play with the spices. I ate it with basmati rice and that really made the meal in my opinion.
