Kung Pao Chicken

Would not make this again. Tastes too much of soy sauce and peanuts. A bit disappointed with the results, but certainly edible and ok as written.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Bites

Changed literally nothing except used gluten free bread crumbs. Really restaurant quality food, as good or better than what I had as a kid with my parents at our local restaurant on Long Island growing up! Highly rated by me and my own kids! Thanks for the recipe.

Crispy Orange Beef

Made exactly as directed although cut the recipe in 1/2 as we were only 2 people...Absolutely delicious and much crispier than Chinese beef With broccoli you usually get with take out Chinese food in New Haven. Used jasmine rice, but plain rice would be perfectly ok too.

Honey Baked Chicken II

Very tasty. On the recommendation of others I used only 1/4 cup butter (half the amount recommended) and 2 tsp curry powder (twice as much). Next time I will use even less butter as others have done, since the chicken fat is plenty (unless you take the skin off the chicken). I cooked this for 30 minutes covered with foil and then 45 minutes more basting a couple of times. Overall, great place to start experimenting...honey, mustard, curry powder and butter is a great base! Wonder if this would be even better with some crunchy celery or peppers....??? Mmm...

Sherry Apple Pork Chops

This is a decent recipe. There is nothing spectacular about it. You taste all the ingredients, apples, brown sugar and cinnamon along with a bit of sherry taste, but it is a bit too liquid even with the added cornstarch someone suggested. Will pass on this after trying it tonight. I have a feeling that similar ingredients cooked differently might taste better.
