Cranberry Party Punch

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2012
This is a MUST!! I served this Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years at the request of friends and family. One friend threatened not to come over if I didn't make it. Even the pickest children in the world were drinking it and to my surprise ate the cranberries. Didn't change the recipe in any way, why mess with perfection?

Banana Wake-Up Bars

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2011
Love these, I've only ever made them once with a banana, and the kids liked them but asked me not to use the bananas again so I only use applesauce from now on. They make a great breakfast early in the morning or a great afternoon snack.

Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2011
I'd give it five stars after following some of the suggestions of the others. I did cut down on the ketchup, only using two tbs. I also used two packs of onion soup mix, one I put directly into the meat mix and the other I used with the french onion soup mix. I did not mix the french onion soup mix with the meat however, which worked out great cause the packet of onion soup mix was just enough. The other pack of soup mix I prepared per the instructions on the pack and added a little worchester's sauce and mixed in with the rest of the sauce from the recipe...yum! my daughter doesn't eat any type of "gravy" but came back for more after this. I prepared with mixed veggies and mashed potatoes, Thank you for this recipe, with a few simple tweeks its great! ( Oh yeah, very high in sodium so I suggest you omit the salt)

Oat Bran Tortillas

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2011
These were great! I used whole wheat flour as well a the oat bran I was not sure how it would go over, but my family LOVED them!! They want more LOL I filled it with black beans and corn from another recipe I found on this site for quesadillas. Be careful to pour the water into the bowl, not the opposite, cause it gets too dry( that may have something to do with the whole wheat flour) I had to throw my first batch away... But it was worth it for good to you, good for you tortillas . Yum.
