Lemon-Pepper Salmon II
I put it in the frying pan on a thick layer of cooking salt. Close the lid and cook it for 15 minutes only. No fat needed.

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon
I do the same with a layer of kosher salt in a frying pan with a lid. 15 minutes and the fish is ready. No fat used.

Baked Dijon Salmon
Yum yum. I use cooking salt in a frying pan and cook it with a lid for 15 minutes.Without breadcrumbs.
