Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken
This recipe is great! My boyfriend and I are fans of spicy foods so I added a little more cayenne pepper and some red pepper flakes and it was amazing. I made rice to go with it and added some lime juice to it while it was cooking. After it was done, I added some of the sauce from the chicken to it and it really gave the rice a nice flavor. I will be recommending this recipe!

Gnocchi II
I’ve never made gnocchi before and I don’t have a grandma or aunt that made it for me. However, I have had delicious gnocchi in the past at restaurants and friend’s houses. I enjoyed making this (even though it was somewhat time consuming). After cooking, I served it to my boyfriend with a spicy vodka sauce on top and a little bit of mozzarella cheese on top. He LOVED it! He even checked to make sure that I was leaving the leftovers for his lunch the next day. It’s definitely a good dish to have on the back burner especially if you’re looking for a way to get rid of all of those potatoes sitting around :)

Balsamic and Rosemary Grilled Salmon
This recipe is amazing! I made it last night for me and my boyfriend and we both loved it. I didn't have regular olive oil, so I used my lemon infused olive oil and it turned out great! And because I live in an apartment, I was unable to cook the salmon on a grill so I pan seared it in a non-stick skillet with some white cooking wine and more olive oil. My boyfriend came back for seconds to finish it off. My lemon garlic asparagus paired well with the salmon.
