Jay's Signature Pizza Crust
I found this to be more like a hand-tossed type crust as opposed to pan crust. Having been my first pizza crust, I loved it. Lesson learned, you have to press the dough out, not roll with a rolling pin. Making it for 2nd time today. Thank you for the recipe.

Fluffy Pancakes
I researched "fluffy pancakes" and this showed up. First question I ask myself is why I didn't look here first! Anyway, I wondered what purpose the vinegar provided, but reluctantly proceeded. These were very good. They were not as fluffy as I hoped but I think I will chalk this up to "maybe I need get some new baking powder". Thank you for the recipe.

African Chicken Stew
Could not find garbanzo beans, so used black beans instead. Overall taste was very very good. I cooked this in a crock pot after spending 20 minutes to brown the chicken. I'm not sure if the crockpot is what gave the chicken dryness, but next time, I will add more chicken broth to ensure more of a soupy texture. Will make again. Thank you.
