Grandma Johnson's Scones

Easy Iced Coffee

I followed a review that said to bake at 350 for 20mins...very tender and flavorful! Next time, I will try this a little thicker tenderloins and bake for 30-35 mins. My husband is a very meat and potatoes person, and he loves this recipe.

Fluffy Pancakes

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Made 36 serving and wish I would have made more to give them to all the neighbors...absolutely love this recipe. I was looking for a soft, cakelike cookie and this one was perfect.

Easy Fruit Cobbler

I followed the recipe as per instructed, the presentation was great and the dough was flavorful. If you really want a sweet dessert, you want to use canned peaches instead for extra flavor and juiciness.

Tostones (Fried Plantains)

I prefer my Tostones sweet, so I used yellow plantains. I did not have waxed paper so I used a freezer bag and a flat bottom measuring cup to smash the plantains after the initial frying. The Tostones came out perfect!
