The first time I ever made pancakes, it wasn't the best. Medium heat was too hot for my burners, I ended up with burnt pancakes. It was still very fluffy, and tasted ok. The next time I made it, I modified it slightly. I increased the milk to a full cup (batter was too thick for me using just 3/4 cup milk), added 1/4 tsp of cinnamon for a hint of spice, and about 1 tbsp of brown sugar as well. I also reduced the salt to 1/4 tsp. I substituted the white vinegar for apple cider vinegar, and boy that was the best decision of all. I lowered the temp, and pancakes came out beautifully. Still fluffy as before, and tasted fantabulous! It's now my go to recipe for pancakes.
