It's Chili by George!!

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2010
Great base for a chili recipe! My family really enjoyed it and its really easy to add your own touches to! If I could have changed one thing I would have made it spicier. But the kids and husband loved it!

Fluffy French Toast

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2010
This was great! It turned out perfect. Not to soggy and just the right amount of flavor! I did add some extra brown sugar but the whole family loved it! I did find if using thick bread which it suggest make some extra batter b/c I ran out with 2 pieces left to make so I improvised!

Chunky Potato Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2010
This soup was easy to make and full of Flavor, I did mix milk and chicken broth together for an even balance. You can add any vegetable you like and I dont see how it could turn out bad. My husband loves this soup and he is not fond of potato at all! This would also be a great soup to freeze and serve later. I found my left overs the next day were more flavorul then when first made. If reheating just add milk if it is to thick!

BLT Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2010
Very yummy! My husband loved it. It would also be great for a potluck or anything of the sort! I will refrain to adding the bacon to it until its ready to be served and the longer it chills the more flavor it has! I also added extra ranch so it was nice and creamy! Very fast and easy to make!

All American Apple Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2010
This was delicious except I felt like the crust was bland and it may be that I did something wrong but it wasnt as crispy/firm as I wanted. I also over worked the crumblings on top but it still cam out great. Next time I wont over work the top of the crust and may try a different crust recipe for the bottom. I also added a little more brown sugar to everything!

Apple Butter Pork Loin

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2010
This was so delicious I cant even describe it! I did adjust the cooking time, I put just the loin in the oven for 30 minutes with just the apple juice in the bottom and then after 30 minutes I put the apple butter glaze on it and cooked for an additional 1 1/2. I had 4 lbs of pork loin.Great recipie and blew my family away. Husband Loved it along with the kids!
