Excellent and quick recipe! If you would like to add a little pasazz to this, just add a touch of vanilla and some dashes of cinnamon.

Baked Salmon II

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2011
Not only does this recipes taste AMAZING but it's a great recipe to use if you've never cooked fish before. It's crazy simple! My only changes where I added an extra clove of minced garlic, added some garlic powder, used extra virgin olive oil, and I let the fish marniade for 3 hours. Every hour and a half I would turn the fish. Other than those changes, I followed the recipe to a T. Enjoy! You won't be disappointed!

Microwave Baked Potato

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2011
I was desepartely craving a baked potato but didn't have the time or the oven space to pull it off! The potatoe came out great! I only had to cook it for 5 minutes (it was a small potato). Wendy's is in trouble now!

Pork Chops Over Rice

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2010
Excellent! The big thing I changed on this meal was adding a lot more spice to it. I added some garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt, thyme, and a little bit of sage. I just eye balled it.

Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2010
Simply amazing! I have made this several times for people and there is never any leftovers! Instead of cooking the chicken, I buy one of those roasted chickens from the grocery store and shred that. I also use yolk free egg noodles

Chicken Rotini Stovetop Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2010
Fantastic recipe! Even my husband who isn't very keen on red and green peppers loved this dish! Only two things I did different. I used penne noodles instead on rotini and I added onion powder, minced garlic, salt and pepper (can't tell you how much I used....I just eye-balled it)

Best Spanish Rice

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2010
This was pretty good rice. Actually my husband loved it. Only reason why I wasn't overly thrilled with it was I used Medium Chunky Salsa. I have such a low tolerance for spicy foods. I was make this again for sure but I was use a much Milder salsa.

Chicken Enchiladas I

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2010
Oh my goodness! This is so good! Highly recommend and so easy to make! My husband who is picky about how I make Mexican food absolutely loved this! I did make three slight changes to the original recipe through. 1) DON'T ADD WATER! It's no neccesary! I am glad I read the previous reviews for the recipe because most people were warning against not using the water. It'll make it too runny if you do. 2) USE FULLY COOKED ROASTED CHICKENS FROM YOUR GROCERY STORE. I was lazy and didn't feel like cooking the chicken so I bought (2) 2lb Roast Chickens from my deli. I took the chicken home and shredded the meat by hand. 3) INSTEAD OF CHEDDAR CHEESE...I used a cheese blend of cheddar cheese and montrery.
