Extreme Chocolate Cake
Flat out disaster. I decided to make this cake for my Hubby's b-day. It literally fell to pieces. The crumbs were good. I used three cake pans. Pam baking spray for the pans. The cake baked up beautifully, I let it cool for 15 minutes one crumbled while taking it out the pan. The second crumbled after it came out of the pan, and the third came out of the pan perfectly than a big crack like a canyon split straight through the middle doing the frosting process. I was trying to use regular vanilla classic frosting from the store. I gave it two stars because the crumbs were delicious. However this was very embarrassing as well as the worse kitchen disaster I ever had. If you try it don't try it on a special day

Best Brownies
The frosting was a little thick, a little water fixed that. I personally made some with and without frosting the ones without the frosting were better. I just think the frosting is an unnecessary addition. I love the recipe it is easy to follow.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
This was my first time baking cookies from scratch. They were thick chewy, and delicious. Only thing I would change next time I will add half the chocolate chips. I am a junk food junkie but found the cookies to be delicious but too sweet. I gave it 5 stars because the recipe was easy and the cookies tasted even better the next day. I was astounsihed.
