Sarah's Applesauce
I made this tonight, and it was amazing. I followed the recipe exactly except I blended the apples after they were cooked. It came out great! I never thought in a million years that I'd make apple sauce. I didn't even know exactly how it was made before today. I was looking for recipes with apples so I could use them before they spoiled. Update: After I made the bigger batch, I had 1 apple left over. I tried to make apple sauce in a mug the next morning with that one apple by cutting down the recipe and putting it in the microwave. I don't remember how long I put it in there, but I stirred it once a minute. It turned out great too. I didn't blend it that time.

Frozen Vegetable Stir-Fry
YUM! I doubled this recipe since I was also using chicken and rice, and it was sooooo good! I didn't have brown sugar, so I used regular white sugar and it still tasted amazing. I got so many compliments on my food. At first when I mixed the sauce together It looked disgusting (lol) and I was hesitant to mix it in with the food, but I'm glad I went ahead and did it, because it was fantastic. The dish looked like regular chinese food with the sauce. 'Twas amazing. Give it a try.

Cinnamon Teacake
Wow, this is great. I only made two servings to try it out, and i baked it for 15 minutes and it came out perfectly i didnt add anything else to the cake after baking it because tastes good by itself. the cake is a little crumbly, but i dont mind because its sooo good lol. If you're making 8 servings like the recipes says, you're going to have to bake it a little longer like people have said before.
