Johnsonville(R) Chipotle and Monterey Jack Cheese Chicken Sausage Potato Hash
Modified using all russets and used roasted red pepper chicken sausage. The whole family loved it.

I loved this recipe. I used a cup of chicken and excluded the pork & beef. Best one I have found out there so far. But prob wont look any further I am very happy with this one and the gravy was awesome.

Cajun Cabbage with Rice
Really liked this recipe, will make again. Found that baking took a little longer than 75 minutes in my oven but was delicious.
