Chicken Katsu
I make this dish often and was excited to come across it on this site. I do change it slightly as I season the panko crumbs well with garlic pepper, italian seasoning, paprika, and red pepper. I season to taste depending on who I am cooking for and what I have on hand. It is wonderful with sweet red chili sauce, couscous and edamame. Sooo Good!
