No Bake Cookies VI

I made this recipe twice. The first time I followed as directed except decreased the sugar to 1.5 cups after reading other reviews. I also used Ovaltine for the powdered mix. The cookies were delicious, but fell apart easily. I put them in the fridge for a few hours and they were perfect! The second time I made the cookies I decreased the sugar even more, down to 1 cup. You could not tell the difference at all! I also added 1/2 cup of milled flax seed to reap the health benefits of all those Omega 3's. Once again, delicious! Still needed to be refrigerated to help keep the cookies together, but well worth it!

Chewy Brownies

Absolutely delicious! I have made this recipe exactly as written numerous times (minus the nuts & confectioners sugar) and have been happy each time. I made them again tonight with a few minor changes(3 eggs instead of 4 and 1.5 cups sugar instead of 2 cups) and again am pleased! Delicious, moist and chewy! This is my go-to recipe, haven't bought box brownies since I found this one! Yummy!

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Wow! This recipe is out of this world good! I used red cayenne pepper (1/8tsp) instead of red pepper flakes as I did not have the latter on hand. I also used canned stewed Italian style tomatoes (all I had on hand). I read many of the reviews before cooking and did not have any problem with the sauce as some mentioned. I thought the sauce was a perfect consistency to mix with the pasta. Absolutely wonderful... husband says "wow... that's awesome!" Thanks so much for sharing.

Tater Tot Casserole II

My husband says excellent! I used 1 can cream of chicken and 1 can cream of mushroom soup instead of celery. I used 1 cup of 2% milk instead of canned milk. And I followed others recommendations and added shredded cheese. Absolutely delicious! Perfect meal for a cold winter day...

Stuffed Green Pepper Cups

Excellent! I followed the recipe exactly and it was delicious. My husband, who does not like stuffed green peppers, even raved about it. He liked the crunchier texture of the green peppers with this recipe. Cooking for 7 minutes at the final step seemed to be fine.
