Maple Cookies
I plan on making these cookies and started reading up on types of maple syrup - for baking you need Maple Syrup Grade "B", which is difficult to find - but I finally checked the health food stores in town and found some. Make sure you use the Grade B. The grades are marked on the front of the bottles - pancake syrup is usually Grade A.

Chicken Parmesan
First time making Chicken Parm, it was to die for! We loved it! I drizzled olive oil in pan when I pan seared the breasts to save on fat calories and they still came out wonderfully. We had leftovers and they stayed nice and moist in the frig for days. Will definitely be adding this to my usual rotation of meals!

Savory Chicken Breasts
Fantastic!!! Modified it a little by adding 1 can of Swansons low sodium chicken broth and added more stuffing on top of chicken. It takes longer to cook as you have more liquid but it tastes great! I kept all other ingredients the same. ( I used Pepperidge Farms stuffing instead of bread crumbs).
