This was wonderful. My family all enjoyed it and my daughter has requested that I make one for her to take to work for her birthday in January. I did make a few changes at others suggestions because we can't resist sour cream. I used a 9" spring form pan, 3 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 tsp vanilla, 1/4 tsp each ground cloves & nutmeg, 1 tsp cinnamon. For the crust I used 1/2 graham crackers & 1/2 ginger snaps. It was my first cheesecake from scratch and with suggestions from others (1 hr @ 350º in a water bath then turn oven off and let it set another hour), it cooked up perfectly - not a single crack.
