Buttermilk Syrup

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2011
Ohmygoodness. This is divine. I used half white sugar and half no-calorie brown sugar. It was still really sweet so after it had cooled a bit and I saw how thick it was going to be, I added about 2 TB of butter and stirred it in as it cooled the rest of the way. It was perfect!

Double Cheesy Au Gratin Potatoes

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2011
This dish is absolutely amazing! It's quick and easy and great for family gatherings or just feeding a hungry bunch. The best thing is that you don't have to measure anything and you can use whatever cheeses you've got on hand. Just layer it up, bake, and serve. I've doubled the potatoes and cheese and cut the cream in half before and it still works! Thanks so much.

Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2011
This recipe is delicious! I played around with the temperature and bake time with each batch and they were great either way. I even doubled the recipe, but forgot to double the cornstarch. They were still excellent! I don't think these cookies could could ever taste poorly.

Chocolate Cream Filled Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2010
These were really time consuming and they didn't even taste that good. The filling was really granulated and the cookie part wasn't sweet at all. Cutting them into measured rectangles was completely unnecessary and a waste of time. You can just use a soup can (or something similar) to make them into round "sandwiches." 2 hours from start to end of clean up.
