Love this recipe with a few little changes. I use whole wheat pasta and stir fry whatever veggies I have on hand along with the tomatoes. (Broccoli florettes, zucchini, sliced onion, green pepers, etc) for about 5 minutes, instead of 2. I cut down on the oil a bit, also. Delicious!
