Fondant Frosting
I was able to get the temp. of the eggs up to 160 by heating the whites to 120 in a double boiler prior to beating them, just make sure you're conscious of the egg temperature while making this recipe. Check out the American egg boards website for tips and recipes at

Donut Muffins
Dense and not really tasty.... My children (who generally love ANYTHING with sugar) said it tasted like noodles. I think maybe an egg would have helped?

Chocolate Cookie Buttercream Frosting
Big fan of this recipe! Will definitely use it again! I used half butter and half butter flavored Crisco because it was a very hot day ( I was afraid the icing would melt if made with all butter). It was great, and everyone at the party loved it!
