Smokey Chipotle Meatloaf

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2010
Holy hot meatloaf!!!! I made the recipe exactly as the directions stated.... I loved this meatloaf although it was a little bit too hot! It had a great texture, it smelled fabulous, and it was the best meatloaf I had made in years.... Just tone down the chipotle if you don't like spice or if you have little ones and it will be perfect! Thanks!

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2010
this is now my go-to recipe for zuchinni bread! This is fabulous, the blueberries didn't overwhelm the other flavors in the bread. It is fabulous!

Cucumbers with Dressing

My family really enjoyed these... It gave us a different way to use cucumbers from the garden and they had a great flavor! We really enjoyed them!

Slow Cooker Oatmeal

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2010
I followed the recipe but everything stuck so much that I didn't think it was worth it... It tasted fine, but was a hassle to clean up...

Apple Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2010
This was my first time making a pie and I really liked this recipe... It seemed a little bit wet at first, but like others said, you have to wait until it cools down to cut it, at least a couple of hours... But I really liked the spices in it and it was easy for a beginner! I will definitely make this again! Thanks!

Brunch Omelet Torte

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2010
I thought that this was an okay breakfast... The most impressive part of it was the way it looked when it came out of the oven... I thought the flavor was okay, but I'm not really sure if the time it took to prepare was worth it for my family. It was good though!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2010
I made these exactly as directed, with the exception of all purpose flour instead of bread flour. They turned out great! I didn't have problems with the filling seeping out, they are perfect. Do they taste like Cinnabon? I don't really think so, but they are still the best that I have ever made... It's good if you're going to be around the house all evening to work on them. They don't take an unreasonable amount of time, but you have to be available to do little bits and pieces of the process over several hours! We will definitely make these again!
