Cheesy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2002
This is the best meatloaf I have ever had. You can't taste the difference between the beef and the pork. I highly reccomend it.

Parmesan Spinach Balls

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2002
These are an excellent appetizer. I formed the mixture into balls and then froze half of them. They tasted just as good weeks later out of the freezer.

Aussie Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2002
This chicken is sooo good. I substituted fat free plain yogurt for the mayo, used less cheese, and less corn syrup. Everyone loved it.

Mock Lemon Chiffon Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2002
Delicious. I only needed 8 oz of cool whip rather than 16oz. So good, I would definitely make it again.

Fra Diavolo Sauce With Pasta

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2002
This was absolutely delicious, however I will use less red pepper flakes next time because it was a little too spicy for me.

Adzimka Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2001
I read the earlier review and added about 1/2 cup chopped onion, as well as additional cheese. It was really delicious and everyone had seconds. Overall it was time consuming, but worth it for a treat. The bread itself was also great. It makes enough for six to 10 people, depending on the size of the pieces. Although, I still don't know what a pinweel looks like!
