Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2014
I give it 3 stars because in order to get the best taste, you should brown them in butter before putting them in the oven. Also, I used baby Swiss cheese which tastes so much better and maple, brown sugar ham! Turned out delicious!

Cinnamon Raisin Bread II

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2013
I made the changes that others had suggested. Putting in 2 tsp of cinnamon and 1/2 tsp of nutmeg. Adding 1/2 cup more flour. It came out really good. I made the dough in the bread machine then put it into a loaf pan, let it rise and then baked it.

Easy Biscuits

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2013
I doubled the recipe as one of the other reviewers suggested and they came out really good. They puffed up nicely and my son loved them. I also used margarine instead of shortening.

Caramel Apple Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2013
I loved it but made some changes. I added 3 tbs of corn starch. I used 2 crusts, and I didn't have pumpkin pie spice, so I used 1/4 tsp of cardamon, 1/4 tsp of nutmeg and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon. It was definitely one of the best pies I ever made!!

Eggplant Parmesan II

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2013
I'll never, EVER bake eggplant for eggplant parm again. I tried this hoping it would taste the same, as everyone else suggested it would. But they lied! It tastes terrible! Fried eggplant is the only way to go!

Classic Waffles

I added a tsp of cinnamon and 1 tsp of almond extract since I couldn't find my vanilla and some extra milk to thin out the batter. OMG it was delicious!!

Bread Machine Challah II

Reviewed: May 24, 2011
I tried this recipe twice. Twice it turned out bad. the dough was so loose, i had to add apx. 2 cups of flour more to the recipe in order to get it to be half way manageable. The bread came out tasting like a biscuit and was inedible. The 2nd time the same thing happened. The dough was so watery it was like batter. I can't believe this recipe got 4.75 stars! I wasted my whole day on this recipe!

Blueberry Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2010
This recipe turned out wonderfully with a little tweaking. I added 1/4 tsp Cinnamon and 1 tsp vanilla to the batter. I also had to add a little more milk to thin out the batter. I also added cinnamon to the topping as well as additional flour and sugar to get the right crummy consistency. After these changes, they came out excellent and I was very pleased!
