Chicken Cordon Bleu I
I give it 3 stars because in order to get the best taste, you should brown them in butter before putting them in the oven. Also, I used baby Swiss cheese which tastes so much better and maple, brown sugar ham! Turned out delicious!

Cinnamon Raisin Bread II
I made the changes that others had suggested. Putting in 2 tsp of cinnamon and 1/2 tsp of nutmeg. Adding 1/2 cup more flour. It came out really good. I made the dough in the bread machine then put it into a loaf pan, let it rise and then baked it.

Easy Biscuits
I doubled the recipe as one of the other reviewers suggested and they came out really good. They puffed up nicely and my son loved them. I also used margarine instead of shortening.
