Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2001
I don't like cooked carrots very much, but this was really tasty. Very easy, too.

Butter Cream Frosting II

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2006
I used real butter and shortening and it was just like what you get at a bakery. It had a nice texture and was easy to spread. I also doubled it to fill and frost a 9x13 birthday cake.

Creamy Pesto Shrimp

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2005
My husband actually found this recipe and made it one night when I was too sick to cook. It was excellent! Even my picky 3 year old ate it!! It made so much sauce that we had it with pasta the next two nights.

I had some leftover baked salmon that I didn't want to go bad, so I made this chowder. It came out very good and my husband was very impressed!

Michelle's Soft Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2001
These cookies came out so well! I usually shy away from making sugar cookies because of bad past experiences, but these were really easy and they were very good.

I used sea trout that my fiance caught that same day and it was very, very good. There wasn't anything left for the dogs that night!

I made this at Christmas and everyone loved it. I put in a layer of heath bar pieces and it made it even better! Next time, I'll add more pudding.

Warm Chicken Ranch Wraps

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2000
I didn't use the rice, either. I'm not a huge rice fan, so I just loaded it up with thinly sliced vegetables and it was VERY good. Healthy, too!

This is also known in New England as "American Chop Suey" and it usually has diced onions and green peppers. Also, I usually use shredded cheddar or mozzarella for the topping.

This is a great weeknight dinner. My kids love it. You can double the amount of beef easily because the gravy that this recipe yields is pretty significant.

Sweet Potato Oranges

Reviewed: May 7, 2003
What a great recipe. Very sweet, not something you want to serve every night, but so good. Different from the ho-hum sweet potato pie/casserole and exactly what I was looking for.
