Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken
I make this monthly, we LOVE IT! I make extra sauce and set it aside for dipping. I serve this with oven roasted red potatoes with rosemary and balsamic vinegar. since its just 2 of us about 6 small taters cut in to chunks, 1/4 or less of olive oil, 2tbs of balsm. ving. and 1 stem of rosemary chopped. coat the taters, salt and pepper to your taste and bake 475 40 mins.. halfway through we start the chicken on the grill and in 20 min dinner is done!

Hot Bacon Dressing
YUM! It was very very good! It reminds me of the hot bacon salad at Applebees. I cut the sugar down some and served it over spinach. Next time I will add grilled shrimp and other salad toppings to re create the one at applebees.

Cucumber Sandwich
I really enjoyed this sandwich, finding sprouts is always a pain in our area, so I have had it with and with out. With sprouts it is soo much better I leave off the lettuce when I do have sprouts. For my meat eater husband I add sliced Turkey and mix some ranch in with the mashed avocado. I didn't have red wine vinegar once and instead soaked my cucumber slices in balsamic ving. it was fantastic!
