Macaroni and Cheese V

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2001
This is my new favorite mac and cheese recipe. I noticed that another user rated it less than pleasing by saying that it was more like macaroni caserole. I would just like to say for the record that the first time I made it, it came out a little too bland, and I realized that this is because I used TOO many noodles. The second time I made it, it became my favorite. Like any good homemade recipie should be. If you don't like homemade "caserole like" mac and cheese, go buy craft. I will stick with this recipie! Thanks Melanie.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Loved this recipe, however, may be a little too garlicky for the little ones. I will make this again for a more mature audience. Good flavor.

LOVED LOVED LOVED this recipe. The only problem is the men in my family did not like it. I will make this again, and will be taking this to a holiday party as well. I would reccomend this recipe to anyone who likes squash and I have..

Six Spice Maple Cornish Hens

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2001
This is one of my new favorite recipe's. We loved the combination of spices contrasted with the maple syrup. Beware of broiling times however, the recipe calls for 12-14 minutes in an oven on Broil and mine almost caught fire. I would follow the recipe and bake them at 350 or 375 degrees or grill them.

Shepherd's Pie I

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2001
We really liked this recipe as it is. I may play with the ingredients a little and substitute gravy for the tomatoes, but we will make this Shepherd's Pie according to Gaby's recipe again for sure.
