Jewish Apple Cake I

My Son made this wonderful recipe. It was the best Apple dessert cake I've tasted! I did put an orange juice glaze on the cake but the cake was delicious before the glaze was added!

Banana Banana Bread

Turned out perfectly! The only changes I made were that I used 1 cup whole wheat flour and 1 cup white flour. This is a great recipe. Great crust, perfectly moist, yet firm in texture. Just as it should be! Would make great Christmas Gift loaves.

Cocoa Oatmeal Cookies

This was not quite a cookie in texture and had very little flavor. Very crunchy and and tasted bland. No moisture whatsoever.
