We feature 6 types of brownies, a variety of sweet and savory pies, custom cakes/desserts, cookies, soups, sandwiches, waffles and locally roasted coffee.
My cooking triumphs
Our peanut butter brownies are gaining a reputation as being deliciously addictive and we make a good pumpkin pie from scratch.

Peanut Brittle is evil.

Mexican Chocolate Cake
Good texture. I used coffee instead of water (almost always do with chocolate cake) Covered it with chocolate ganache and served it at our staff bbq with great results!

Homemade Vanilla Pudding
Made this with only about 2 tbsps of sugar and threw 3 chai tea bags in while the milk was boiling. Make a slurry with cold milk and cornstarch to avoid lumps.

Silver White Cake
This is a simple and effective cake batter. To the people who commented saying "I don't like how this is mixed" and "This is no way to treat a cake batter" - It is actually. This is how you treat a white cake batter. Very similar to Angel Food Cake. If you don't like it, buy boxed cake mix. I've been using the same recipe as this since I was about twelve and I've never had a problem with it. Sifting helps, and I agree - using half and half creates a richer cake.
