Sugarless Pumpkin Pie II

Easy, yes! Tasty, NO! should have listened to other reviewers and added more sweetner. Used stevia instead of Equal, the diabetics did not think it was sweet enough...maybe that is why they are and I am not!! Will play with it again.

Favorite Old Fashioned Gingerbread

THE BEST gingerbread ever. Used this recipe as a cooking lesson for my 11 year old daughter. She did amazing. she agreed that we needed to add more spice like other reviewers and with a fabulous result! She used the cake for the base of a pumpkin trifle! we will defintely do this one again.
