The best Thanksgivings ever are continuing each year.

Rather than reminisce about my favorite Thanksgivings of past I like to stay in the moment and look forward to each coming Thanksgiving.
As time has past my parents have gotten to the age where it has became hard for them to do certain tasks during the holidays so for the past 20 plus years Thanksgiving and Christmas has been at their house. Our
tradition started by my wife and I taking care of the Thanksgiving meal on Thanksgiving from start to cleanup at mom and dad's with all the family. Friday after Thanksgiving there is no shopping so we can decorate their house with lights and set up the Christmas
tree and decorations. It is this tradition that is so important to me knowing that there will be fewer times as these with both our parents pushing 90, dad having Adult Onset Leukemia and mom's failing memory.
