If I could give 10 star I would. Do to my family likes I did some tweaking on the first part. Since I was going to use bolognaise sauce in some additional recipes I uses 1.3 kg (about 3 lbs.) of ground beef. Since this was 4xs what the recipe call for I increased the onion, carrots, celery and spices by 4x. When it came to the wine, tomato paste and diced can tomatoes I only double that since we prefer stick to pasta sauces. Simmered for a couple of hours. From this stage I used it on top of spaghettini, then several soup ladles added to a box of mac and cheese. Last night did the cheese sauce and from there completed the recipe as written. Just loved this every time.
