Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2013
This was really good! Take note that you need a pretty large pot and about an hour prep time. I added about a cup of frozen peas and a little extra salt. Next time I would add some garlic. Otherwise, a great dish. Served it with fresh bread and butter and it was a hit!

Keon's Slow Cooker Curry Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2013
Super easy to make and very tasty. I made the original recipe and it was crazy hot! I will make it again but only with 1/4 the cayenne pepper. One of the better curry dishes I've ever had.

Mexican Rice II

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2012
Made this over the weekend with enchiladas and my friend and I absolutely loved it. I will definitely be making this again. Couldn't ask for a better-tasting recipe that is fairly cheap and simple to make. Thanks for posting!

Best Tuna Melt (New Jersey Diner Style)

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2011
It was good, no doubt, but it wasn't great. I would make it again though, but would make with bread and butter pickles rather than tomato.

Roasted Easter Ham

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2010
It's simple and tasty, but not AMAZING. If you're in a pinch for time and ingredients, it'll certainly make any ham tasty and is worthy to serve to guest. I will use it again, no doubt.

Herb Roasted Pork Loin and Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2010
This is a very simple and very tasty recipe! I followed the recipe, but seared the roast first. I also used turnip and carrot with the potatoes. Also, I didn't use chives because I was fresh out, so I used a little basil instead. It was a perfect meal, perfectly moist meat and full of flavour. I made a fat-free onion gravy with the meal, as well as a Maple Pecan Crumble for dessert. It was a perfect meal for a chilly fall day. Make this, you'll be happy you did.

Lemon Iced Tea

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2010
Excellent! I tweaked the recipe ever so slightly by using the ingredients here in my house. Instead of using Splenda, I used 1 cup of white sugar and instead of using half cup of lemon juice, I squeezed the juice from one and a half lemons and used the other half to slice and drop straight into the tea. This is a PERFECT drink. Make it, you'll be happy you did :)

Pina Colada III

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2010
I followed the recipe, but added two single sized vanilla yogurt and about 6 small pieces of frozen pineapple. It's a tiny bit watery and a little sweet, but otherwise, tastes REALLY good. I would say this is the second best PC I've ever had :) Make it! It's good!
