Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Blue Cheese-Chive Butter

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2011
This on top of a garlic crustini is just amazing! I used ribeye instead of a flat iron steak and it worked great.

Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2013
I threw everything in a slow cooker and cooked on low for 6 hours, then high for 2 hours. I did both packets of spices (not just 1) and served it on garlic toasted bread with the juices in a dipping bowl on the side. It was absolutely amazing! I'll definitely be making this again!

Japanese-Style Sesame Green Beans

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2012
This was so simple to make and delicious - thank you! I suggest, as others did, doing the initial cooking with a lid on, at least for about 3-4 minutes. We found the browner the bean, the yummier.

Absolutely amazing cupcakes! Thank you! For the frosting, I recommend you use a mixer - don't mix by hand.

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2011
Used Red Robin seasoning salt and they came out awesome! I really liked using the lower temp, though for the last 15 minutes or so I turned it up to about 325 degrees because I wanted them a little toastier. :)

Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2011
These are wonderful and so easy. Great advice around really whipping the butter and making sure to let the cookies sit for a minute or two before removing them from the cookie sheet. Good simple flavor without any topping and they really do just melt in your mouth.

So simple to make and absolutely delicious the next day! (I baked 4 chicken tenders at 375 degrees with some salt and pepper for 30 mins, flipping them 1/2 way and it was perfect!)

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2010
This turned out great - just mixed in a bit more bbq sauce right before serving so it'd be extra saucy. Also, cooked it on low for about 9 hours.

Added chopped onion and some salt, and left out the chipotle pepper. It tasted wonderful by itself and in a burrito. I will definitely be making this again!
