Fruity Curry Chicken Salad

So simple to make and absolutely delicious the next day! (I baked 4 chicken tenders at 375 degrees with some salt and pepper for 30 mins, flipping them 1/2 way and it was perfect!)

Holiday Rum Balls

Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce

This was a really good recipe to start with as I wanted a cheesy cream sauce but had no heavy cream or half & half. It definitely needed tweaking, though, as many others have noted. I reduced the milk down to 2.5 cups and increased the flour to about 4 tbsp and the cheese to 1.5 cups. I also added garlic and, as a last step, bacon. Once said and done, it was amazing on top of elbow noodles for a "fancy" mac n' cheese.

Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches

I threw everything in a slow cooker and cooked on low for 6 hours, then high for 2 hours. I did both packets of spices (not just 1) and served it on garlic toasted bread with the juices in a dipping bowl on the side. It was absolutely amazing! I'll definitely be making this again!

Japanese-Style Sesame Green Beans

This was so simple to make and delicious - thank you! I suggest, as others did, doing the initial cooking with a lid on, at least for about 3-4 minutes. We found the browner the bean, the yummier.

These were just a bit too sweet for my taste, but many at a dinner party enjoyed them. I reduced the salt as many reviews said they were too salty, but they wound up being not quite salty enough in the end.

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

Used Red Robin seasoning salt and they came out awesome! I really liked using the lower temp, though for the last 15 minutes or so I turned it up to about 325 degrees because I wanted them a little toastier. :)
