This was my first attempt at baking bread and this recipe worked out wonderfully! I did adjust the amount of sugar as other reviewers suggested and made 1 loaf by adjusting the serving size to 12 and reducing the sugar to 2 tablespoons. The bread was so easy to make (I'm a beginner in the kitchen) and it tasted better than I imagined. My husband and I had it with maple butter (whipped butter with maple syrup whipped in) and it was to so delicious.
Did have one quick question for the group...for wheat bread, would it be sufficient to just replace the bread flour (I ended up using regular flour based on other reviewer's note and it worked out well) for wheat flour without adjusting the levels of any of the other ingredients?
