Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
This was horribly dry and uneatable. I followed the instructions exactly. Perhaps if it were cooked less it would be okay but, I'm not giving it another chance.

Leslie's Broccoli, Wild Rice, and Mushroom Stuffing
I made this for my daughter, who is vegetarian, for Thanksgiving dinner. I used vegetable broth instead of chicken and she loved it! As a matter of fact, this stuffing disappeared before the traditional stuffing I have made for years. Everyone loved it. I paired it with vegan gravy--which she also loved- over tofu. She was in vegan heaven.

Easy Fried Eggplant
Great recipe. I used Italian bread crumbs and olive oil cooking spray; then used the fried eggplant in roasted eggplant parmesan. Big hit with family vegans and nonvegans.
