From the mouth of the pickiest eater on the planet whom I have not seen eat fish since fish sticks when he was a toddler (he is 22 now) "you should cook fish all the time." What??? I have to admit, this is the ONLY way I'll cook tilapia from now on! I followed the suggestions by adding: garlic salt, paprika, celery seeds, Old Bay to the fillets and panko bread crumbs at the lat minute to the topping mixture. Veery thin filets, 2 mins on each side and then added topping until brown and so appetising looking!
