Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2011
Very good. I added garlic to the pan while the butter was melting. Watch the cooking time. My orzo was done in less than 10 minutes.

These were a hit at our swim party. I did pre-cook the bacon in the microwave then finished it up in the oven. There were no leftovers.

Seasoned Turkey Burgers

Very tasty! I only had 1lb of turkey so I used 3/4 of the packet of soup mix. I also added some garlic powder and a dash of italian seasoning. Kids loved them. Thanks!

Herb Roasted Pork

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2011
I make this at least twice a month. Very good. I do substitute brown sugar for the white and I use apple cider vinegar. I also cut slits all over the roast and insert garlic slivers. I double the seasonings since i like a well seasoned roast. Be careful of the cooking time. I used a smaller roast and it was done in 1.5 hours.

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2011
I made the recipe as written, and it was just okay. I thought that the chicken needed some extra seasoning, it was a bit bland. The potatoes were good, but not all that crispy.

Sloppy Joes II

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2011
Very good. Like other reviewers, I reduced the amount of ketchup and added some barbecue sauce. I tasted the mixture before adding brown sugar because my BBQ sauce had sugar in it.

Fra Diavolo Sauce With Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2011
Good recipe. We actually used more red pepper flakes than what the recipe called for because we like spicy food. I didn't have scallops and didn't want to make an extra trip to the store, so I just used all shrimp. Thanks for the recipe

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2010
This is in regular rotation at our house. My kids love it. My breasts were a little thick, so I pounded them thin which reduced the cooking time. I also pour any leftover topping over the chicken before baking. Used panko bread crumbs for extra crunch.

Absolutely delicious! We like our prime rib medium, so I turned the oven back on for an hour. Like a previous reviewer, I combined this recipe's cooking method and used the seasonings from Garlic Prime Rib, found on this site. Perfect!

Seared Sea Scallops

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2010
Like a previous reviewer, I didn't coat my scallops in flour. I just mixed the seasonings in a bowl and tossed the scallops in the bowl to coat. I did add a tablespoon of garlic powder to the mixture because we love garlic. Seared the scallops on medium high heat, turning them once. I didn't do mine in batches, but put all of them in at the same time. At the end of cooking, I deglazed the pan with some white wine , lemon juice, and a bit a butter. I boiled the sauce until thickened and poured it over the scallops. I served it with rice pilaf and a salad. Delicious
