I'm so behind this year in the garden.  And disorganized. But I was shocked to see 4 huge heads on all 4 broccoli plants. So I cut 2 off and made broccoli and pasta. It was ok. I think it would have been better had I added some salt and butter. Tomorrow I'm planting beets, carrots, fingerling… MORE

Spicy Bok Choy in Garlic Sauce
Wow I messed up a little forgot the water. But added later and it all worked out. The Bok Choy was fantastic.
