This recipe was very good! Well-seasoned and crispy. I wasn't sure if the shrimp would get cooked all the way, but they were perfect. I wasn't very fond of the artichoke hearts (a first for me). The only ones I saw at the store were 'marinated'. Do they come any other way? I tried to rinse them, but they were still pretty tangy, especially with the lemon juice. I served this with pasta, but I think next time I would try to make some sort of additional sauce to go with it. It was a little dry by itself. Overall, a very good dish.
