Pumpkin Pie Pudding

It was very good :) I doubled the recipe. I thought it was a bit thick and also thought next time if I cut out 1/2 c sugar from the (doubled) recipe, wait until the pudding cools and then combine it with an 8 oz tub of whipped topping it would be the bomb diggety... I know it would.. :)

Country Apple Dumplings

These are awesome but not 5 stars. Definitely halve the butter, sugar and mountain dew and I think it would lessen the chance of the soggy bottom. They really are yummy though.

German Chocolate Cake Frosting II

Fantastic frosting. I preferred to use a bit of brown sugar (1/3) cup in the recipe and just cut the white down by the same amount. Also used the cornstarch per suggestion of others. Made this frosting with the black magic cake & I swear it's insanely good if you've got a sweet tooth!

Frank's® Red Hot® Buffalo Chicken Dip

This was so easy and ridiculously good! I didn't use canned chicken, but boiled breasts instead. I wanted mine a bit more crusty so I upped the mozzarella to a full cup. Great recipe!!

Baby Rattle Cupcakes

These cupcakes are super cute when all is said and done. I watched the Betty Crocker video on this site of how to prepare them so I think the visual helped quite a bit. The recipe reads that the gumdrops are small, but in the picture and what was said in the video called for large gumdrops. It was too late when I discovered and they still came out cute. Hope you have some time on your hands, but the mother-to-be will love them. :) I recommend lemon cake with lemon frosting, vanilla cake with vanilla frosting, both baked at 325 degrees & they will stay moist for a long time! *Use a new razor blade to cut a small hole thru cupcake liner (on baked cupcake) & it makes it so much easier to get the sucker stick inside.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Fabulous fudge. I took the suggestion of many and cut the brown sugar to 2 cups and the powdered sugar to 3 cups. I sifted the powdered sugar into my kitchenaide mixer bowl and then dumped the fudge mixture into it and beat until smooth. Sooo bad for you but sooo good!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Soooooo good! Made a streusel type topping for it with finely chopped walnuts, brown sugar and cinnamon and it was fantastic. I've made several loaves over the past couple weeks and have noticed it comes out better with the Baker's Joy or any type of non stick spray with the flour in it rather than greasing and flouring it.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This soup was fantastic. Added 1/2 cup more ham, a little more potato, a minced garlic clove and used 1 1/2 cups milk, 1/2 cup half and half. Even better than I expected. Thanks for the recipe.

One Dish Chicken Bake

Pretty good stuff. My husband and Mother in Law both thought it was great. I did take one rater's advice and dipped the chicken breasts in egg and covered with flour (seasoned), only sauteed to golden brown. Thanks!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Very yummy!! I did not have butter shortening, used regular shortening and added a bit more spice to them. It's the best oatmeal raisin cookie I've made.
