Zippy Burgers

My husband and I tried these for dinner tonight and loved the spicy kick that these burgers have! Ours were a little on the dry side, as we had no beer or beef broth to use, but they still came out great. Other than that, we followed the recipe and we will making these burgers again in the future.

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

It was a little bland for my taste, so when we tried this recipe a second time, we added other seasonings to the mix, and it turned out well.

Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Was okay. I halved the recipe because it was just my husband and I, and we still had a few pieces left over. The only issue we had was with the cheese. It was more congealed than it was melted. It was likely the brand of cheddar we used. I'll make it again, but with a few revisions. Less onion and a different brand of cheese.

Cajun Style Burgers

These were very good! We only tweaked the recipe slightly, we didn't have onions on hand, so we used some onion powder. I found the sauce to be tasty, but lacked a sweetness to balance it out. I added some Ketchup to the burger and it was perfect! I will definitely be making this again!!

Awesome Steak Marinade

We set up to use this marinade on two eye round steaks on Thursday, but my husband got called into work late, so they marinaded for more than 24 hours. The flavor is amazing! However, my husband and I agree that it's missing a note of flavor somewhere. We think it needs just a touch of an acid, like lemon juice, to make it perfect. Also, wish I had read the reviews about it burning on higher heat because of the honey, because it was good and charred on the outside and rare on the inside. I guess we'll be better advised for next time!
