What a HIT, both with me the chef(because it was so so simple to put together) and my guests just loved them! I cut the entire bag of bacon in thirds with a pair of scissors and took the advice of others to dredge the smokies and marinate them over night. Before baking I again sprinkled with brown sugar.(The best advice was to line the baking sheet what a nighmare that would have been had I not! I was scepticle because of there being only 3 ingredients, but they were gobbled up!
