Chewy Brownies

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2015
I halved the recipe just bc we really didn't need to have so much. I also used a muffin tin as well. I baked for about 15-20 mins. I also added chocolate chips. Yummy!! They turned out perfect.

Mexican Sour Cream Rice

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2011
I made this recipe and followed it to the tee. I was very bland. This needed some type of seasoning to give it a pop in taste. Needs something more.

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2011
This is a great recipe. I followed another persons idea to put the chicken in a crockpot with the taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, chopped onion, and I added a can of rotel original that morning. That afternoon the chicken was easily shredded. I added the other filling ingredients to the crock pot and stir it up. Then I just assemble per the directions. I then baked it for 40-45 mins. I made some Mexican rice... wonderful! Awesome recipe, my family stated that it was the best they ever ate, I agree.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2010
I just made this Banana Bread and came out great! I decided to work off of a few suggestions listed below, which was: I creamed the butter and sugar together. I added one egg at a time and mix before adding the next. Make sure butter and eggs are room temp. before mix up. Then I used 1 3/4 flour, 1 tsp. Baking Soda and 1 tsp. Baking Powder. I mashed up the bananas before mixing into the main mix. I baked in a 9x9 pan for 40 mins. Turned out great!
